Bringing the great outdoors inside.

Outdoor Activities

There is no better way to explore, experience and photograph natural landscapes than on trekking or hiking tours. Over the past years, I have done single- and multi-day tours on foot, bike and canoe. Here you can find detailed information for some selected journeys. I also provide some photographic impressions that hopefully inspire you to enjoy the 'great outdoors' by yourself.

« I watched the sky a long time, concluding that such beauty was reserved for distant, dangerous places, and that nature has good reason for exacting her own special sacrifices from those determined to witness them. »

Disclaimer: Information and GPS data are provided as-is, with no guarantee for completeness or correctness. Some tours pass through remote and potentially dangerous mountain terrain, or require you to be self-sufficient for a few days. By using information from this page you understand that you are responsible for your own safety. All indicated walking times include numerous photo stops, so you may complete the routes faster. For mountain and alpine hikes, tour descriptions include the trail difficulty (T1-T6) according to the SAC Hiking Scale. None of the routes on this website require climbing skills. But be aware that trails in category T4 and above can be more dangerous than low difficulty climbing routes.
